    Is Tingle’s Rosy Rupeeland available in english now? I thought it was a Japan exclusive.

      Tingle’s Rosy Rupeeland was released in Europe (weirdly). So, thanks to the DS’ being region-free, you can just import a PAL copy of the game and play it on your DS, no problem. Finding copies on eBay is pretty easy, and inexpensive, too.
